How will I be charged for this service?
You will be charge on your check out of the hotel.
What happens if the wedding is cancelled or postponed?
If the Wedding is postponed due to forces of nature (hurracane's etc.) we will attempt to re-schedule your wedding at no additional charge. If we are unable to re-schedule because of conflicting commitments, we will charge 50% of the total costs (this covers administration, web page and email setup) if the wedding is scheduled within 14 days of cancellation. Please let us as soon as possible before you need to postpone your wedding for this reason.
What happens if I cancel my wedding webcast for any other reason?
If you cancel your webcast for any other reason the forces of nature (hurricane's etc.) the following will apply:
- Cancellation up to 15 days of the wedding no charge will occur.
- 14 days to 72 hours before the wedding 50% charge will occur.
- 72 hours or less before the wedding 100% charge will occur.
As we have limited capacity, once the service is confirmed, the customer accepts the charges that may apply in case of cancellation.
What happens if the webcast doesn't occur for some reason and what is your refund policy?
If we were unable to webcast the ceremony due to technical reasons, we will cancel the charge.

Wedding Pass for Non-Palace wedding guests
2012 - $93.00 per person
- Additional costs are associated with colored linens, table décor, flowers. Private Functions
- Note: Non-Palace Resort wedding guests are required to purchase a wedding pass. Palace Resorts reserves the right to limit the number of day passes sold once the property has reached its maximum capacity.
- Private function areas are based upon availability. Due to noise restrictions private events held in outdoor locations must end by 10:30pm. In the case a couple would like to extend an indoor private event past 12:00am additional charges will apply.
- Private functions, religious ceremonies, music services, and tuxedo rentals must be reserved at least 60 days prior to the wedding date. Restrictions apply to outdoor functions. Please ask your wedding planner for more details.
- Certain private event locations may have additional setup fees associated.
- All wedding packages must be reserved in advance. The complimentary package will not apply if requested onsite. All Reservations must be booked at least seven (7) business days prior to arrival. Mexican registry office is open from Monday through Saturday only no civil ceremonies can be performed on Sundays.
- Photography packages are ready within 72 business hours after the ceremony. For couples leaving the day after the wedding there will be a mailing fee of approximately $69.00USD staring price. Selected photography packages may require additional time.
- Wedding passes are (depends on wedding year) 2012 $93.00 USD per person, per day and must be purchased for guests not staying at the hotel. Wedding passes are guaranteed for purchase only on ceremony date. The Resort will only allow the purchase of wedding passes up to a maximum of 20% of the total number of guests. Example: If you have 20 guests, only 20% of that total can purchase wedding passes, in this case, only 4 guests are able to purchase wedding passes. Wedding passes are subject to availability depending on the occupancy level of the resort. Guests purchasing a wedding pass must exit the property by 11:00pm. No exceptions can be made.
- Outside vendor services (photography, florists, décor companies, audio visual companies, entertainers, etc.) are not permitted on premises. Palace Resorts will provide our couples with a variety of in-house services to choose from.
- Couples residing at another wedding property other than the resort in which their ceremony is taking place are responsible for attending their scheduled appointments with the onsite planner and any transportation fees that might be associated.
- Dress Code: Formal or semi-formal, no shorts or bathing suits. Groom may wear dressy shorts for ceremony only. For selected restaurants formal dress code applies
- Payment Policy for Wedding Collections: A 50% deposit of the complete package is required 14 days after the wedding date is confirmed. Final payment is due 45 days prior to ceremony. Non-refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to wedding.
- Visa, Master Card & American Express also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted at the resort.
