Payment for your all-inclusive Palace Resort
accommodation is due in full no later than 60 days prior to your vacation
date. In order to confirm your reservation, Palace Resorts does not accept
deposits, only payment in full. We will process your payment the same
day we receive it, so we ask that you hold onto the credit card authorization
form until you are ready to pay, then send it in. Palace Resorts does
allow up to no later than 60 days prior, but because of the popularity
of these resorts, we don't recommend waiting until the very last minute.

CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS
The following
will apply to all changes or cancellations:
Should you wish to change any details of your booking, we will do our
best to help. However, please understand that your right to a full or
partial refund is limited. Once travel has begun no refund for unused
or partially used services will be made. We will not be responsible for
any changes made by resort which are beyond our control. This includes
but is not limited to the resort amenities/offers. Air carrier will determine
airline cancellations terms. Success for Life will not be held liable
for any refund or changes of issuing new tickets. That will be between
you and the carrier. In no event shall we be held liable for consequential
damages. Penalties for cancellations will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours advanced notice 95% refund Hotel all-inclusive
only

It is strongly recommended
that you purchase Pre-Travel Cancellation Insurance at the time of booking
your vacation package.
We do not sell cancellation / trip interruption insurance, it is something
that you have the option to purchase, and it isn't a bad idea, because
these insurance policies cover cancellation, trip interruption even due
to inclement weather, baggage loss, baggage delay, trip delay (meaning
that you can each have a place to stay if you are stranded in an airport
somewhere, and additional medical coverage as well. For trip insurance,
it is a good idea to check with your credit card company to see if and
what they offer in the form of insurance if/or you use that card.
Travel Guard is a full coverage insurance plan, and you can find the information

all the forms are filled out faxed back and mailed (self addressed stamped
envelope will be provided) to the address below along with a copy of the
credit card front and back and a copy of a picture I.D. with signature.
Once you fax back the forms, your reservations will then be confirmed.
